These coffee plants are grown in the mountains of southwest Ethiopia. The cherries are picked, and the fruit is allowed to ferment on the bean, giving the coffee a fruity, winey taste.

Tasting Notes: Fruity strawberry with a deep wine finish. Medium acidity.
